Fascinating site ... I have only looked at the "richest" list thus far because of our other conversation.
USA 2nd
Japan 13th
Australia 19th
Russia 75th
... and I could not find China anywhere on the list ...
This looks at some combination of GDP ... I wonder how the rankings would vary if we just looked at weighted household incomes?
