Sunday was Father's Day here in Oz. I'm not sure if it coincides with other countries ..... I know it is the same day in New Zealand. It is both a happy and sad time for many people as we remember Dads who are no longer with us, and celebrate with others as they embark on their new "Dad" roles.
On a more superficial note, I tried to work out how many times RA has played a father....
1. John Porter.
2. His character (Gary Morris) in "Black Sky" or "Into the Storm". Why do I get the feeling that we won't see this movie over here?

3. Then of course, there is Guy ... Does anyone wonder what ever happened to his son, Seth? I think it would have been good to have seen him in S3. He is re-united with his son just prior to the final episode making his redemption arc complete. (Call me incurably sentimental!!).
I can't think of any other characters .... have I forgotten anyone?
